Our lead consultant is a highly knowledgeable board director with management experience across private equity, private and public companies. Consequently he has expertise in revenue growth, strategic planning, change management and corporate governance. This expertise has been refined across 20 years commercial and operational experience with 15 years in extremely competitive and regulated international aviation.
A dependable, practical, motivated leader delivering business improvement and increased efficiency to maximise both quality and financial benefits. He was a founder and became a shareholder of an aviation consultancy following a private equity backed MBO of the business. He was instrumental in the company growth and development to become one of the top 4 consultancies in the industry. The business placed in the Sunday Times track 200 three times in just 4 years. The growth in this short period was from £52m to £136m turnover, £2.9m to £12.9m gross profit and from 18 staff to over 70 in 6 countries.
He has a wealth of knowledge across all areas of business. In addition he is a Non-Executive Board member of The Air Charter Association. In his spare time he also volunteers as an officer in the Combined Cadet Force.
Alex Berry, The Sales Expert
Our specialist in sales process development and sales training. Alex has a vast experience developed over decades working in highly competitive international sales environments. Moreover, his experience extends to managing worldwide sales groups and latterly as the Group Sales and Marketing director for a world leader in commercial and business aviation. Managing both business to business and business to consumer; specialising in high value direct sales.
Consequently he is now able to bring his vast experience, unlimited enthusiasm and drive to help companies become more successful. This is achieved through improving their sales efforts, refining processes and developing colleagues through training, coaching and mentoring. Above all he relishes the opportunity to spend quality time with the best and the brightest growing companies.
Living in Yorkshire, the heartland of the UK, Alex enjoys life at home with his family. He remains committed to a ‘reasonably’ healthy lifestyle with a passion for cycling.
